The second annual Thanksgiving Racial Reconciliation Dinner sponsored by the Tuscaloosa Civil Rights History and Reconciliation Foundation and Jeremiah’s Garden (Holy Spirit Catholic Church) will be held in the fellowship hall of Hunter Chapel. This year’s theme is “Atonement and Reconciliation: The Dialogue MUST Continue.” Through a panel discussion, the focus will be on a call to and response from local educational systems, historical civil rights organizations, and the ecumenical community, as we seek ways to continue on the path to atonement and reconciliation. An evening filled with sharing, food, song, and ideas that are vital to our bridge-building commitment; come join us! Repair, redeem, reconcile.
