A number of Task Force and community members attended the recent Tuscaloosa Parks and Recreation Authority (PARA) Board meeting to offer support for the placement of an historical marker noting the lynching of Mr. Andy Burke. While the Board was supportive of the effort, they do not have jurisdiction over placing marker at Capitol Park.
